Is this a home inspection?

No. Eyes on Property is a visual documentation service. We provide current photos, timestamps, location context, and field notes from accessible or authorized areas. Technical opinions should be handled by licensed professionals when needed.

When does the delivery window start?

The delivery window starts after the order is received and payment/authorization are complete. Metro and suburban addresses are typically delivered within 24 hours. Extended Rural addresses are typically delivered within 48 hours. Remote Rural addresses are typically delivered within 72 hours.

Do you schedule an appointment with the client?

Most exterior checks are routed directly to the field without a separate client appointment. Special coordination is only needed for gated access, restricted access, tenant contact, interior areas, or any location that requires written permission before dispatch.

Can you photograph the interior?

Interior access is available only when the client provides clear written authorization and access instructions. Exterior-only services do not include entering the property, contacting occupants, or accessing restricted areas without permission.

What can delay a report?

Weather, poor lighting, safety concerns, blocked access, gated communities, incomplete order details, wrong address information, local field availability, holidays, or privacy/legal restrictions may delay or limit photo coverage.

What do the notes include?

Notes describe visible items captured in the photos, such as yard condition, access, posted notices, roofline visibility, exterior wear, street context, or areas the client asked us to prioritize.

Are recurring plans available?

How is client information handled?
